To receive donations by credit card/paypal (€1 is the transaction minimum amount):

Go to your customer area, log in and go to the Group Pay tab. You will find a web link to give to your friends. This link will look like this

Your Group Pay link will not work for you as you are not allowed to use the donation feature for yourself. However you can still add funds to your balence using the add funds feature

To receive donations using phone payment:

As soon as you got a pending invoice (if you don't have any you can generate one using the add funds feature) review your invoice, select phone payment and you will be redirected to the phone payment service page. Take note of the phone number and give it to your friends. For each call they make they will receive a code. They must give you that code. When you will pay an invoice select phone payment and use those codes.

You can pay a part of your invoice using phone codes and pay the rest with another payment method of your choice.
